About Jun Jie


Jun Jie is a Manager in one of Big Four. His lifestyle is moderately active and has no known Chronic Diseases.


He is rather health conscious where he has been taking some Vitamins for years and started eating more Supplements since he had COVID.

He was infected with COVID in May 2022 and recovered a week later.



Health Issues He Needed Our Help

What We Told Him


During consultation, we told him that this is a simple case. We suggested him to stop and change some of the Supplements he has been taking and gave him our reasons.


Our Treatment is effective in helping with his Sleep, Brain Fog and Muscle Pain but Shortness of Breath is a little tricky.


What we meant was, assuming his previous sports performance was that he could complete a 100 metre run in 15 seconds and he cannot even run for 60 metres now because he would feel pain and lack of breath, our Treatment alone may not help him fully recover.


We are confident that he can complete a 100 metre run without any pain but we cannot promise he can complete it within 15 seconds.


If he wants to fully recover or perform better, he has to train his body again through Physical Exercise. Given his age, we expect him to recover to previous levels in less than one month.


His Brain Fog will go away when he starts sleeping better so we are not worried about that.



How We Helped him


We went through all his Supplements and Diet and taught him how to eat better.


We recommended him a series of workouts that he could do at home and in office and advised him on how to do them best.


We encouraged him to also workout in our centre while doing Hydrogen Therapy.



Results


He paid for just one session before signing up and the pain went away the next day. After that the frequency of his cough reduced gradually.


After his 3rd session, his Sleep Quality started to improve and started enjoying good deep sleep after his 4th session.


After his 5th session, his sports performance (strength and durability) was actually better than before he had COVID.


Shortness of breath improved over time and went away without him noticing after his 5th session.
